Title: 2 sites, 2 Terastations how do I link?
Post by: rcaldicott on June 29, 2010, 06:02:59 AM

Hi There,

Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere.

We currently have a TeraStation Pro II at our head office, it's been great and is used daily for data and backup purposes.

I am currently looking to invest in another, the TeraStation Duo 2TB as we've recently aquired another office. This will also be used for data and backup of our remote workers.

I'd like the remote office to read/write the data on the Pro II via a simple desktop shortcut/mapped drive, is this possible? If so, how?

Many Thanks

Rich :smileyhappy:

Rich,

You just have to set them up with a VPN. Once in the same VPN the terastations will see eachother.

Good Luck
