Title: Help! Ministation HD-PE250U2 used in Mac, unrecognized in windows xp
Post by: kazoooks on June 29, 2010, 02:51:51 AM

Hi, can anyone help me with my Buffalo Ministation HD-PE250U2? It worked well before when I'm only using it on my eeepc netbook on a Windows XP OS but after I used it on my new Macbook Pro, I can't open it on my netbook anymore. I went to the Buffalo's download site and it won't accept my serial number. Please Help!

For the serial number complication are you selecting the correct region?  If you are and there is still problems, please post your serial or PM me and I will forward this information on to get your serial # added.  As for the compatability issue with the OSX and Windows based environments, did you do any formatting on OSX that would have hindered the use on youe EEEPC machine?  Only format that can be used on both OS's is FAT32.

If you plug back to Mac, are you able to detect it?
