Title: dealing with RAID error on Linkstation
Post by: alanr on June 26, 2010, 10:24:42 AM

I have a Linkstation LS-W2.0TGL/R1-V3. A couple of days ago, it gave an error that an error in a RAID array had been found. I followed the instructions and restructured the disk, but I'm now getting the error again. If I restructure again, presumably the error will occur again - is there any more permanent solution?

Thanks

Alan

excuse my ignorance here, but can just one of the disks be replaced? and, if so, must it be replaced by an identical spec disk?

Same disk size and rotational speed as well as cache if possible
