Title: LS-xhl in EM Mode after power outage
Post by: puakea on June 01, 2010, 01:37:48 PM

I've searched the forums and didn't find anything to match what's happening.  I had a power outage and the NAS went into EM Mode.  I'm totally confused by "flashing" for rebooting, etc. Saw the FAQ for this but even it was over my head.  Here's what I have:

LS-xhl 1.0 NAS with attached HD-CEU2 for backup.  Windows XP. Everything connected through a Netgear wireless router (desktop Lan connected).

What's happening:  nothing.  the blue light is on but the drive doesn't connect and says it is in EM Mode in Navigator.   What do I do to get this back online?  I need it in baby steps, please.

Thank you.

Figured it out - updated firmware and it's back on line.
