Title: LINKSTATION NOT RECOGNIZED AFTER HARD DRIVE FORMATTED
Post by: DHAUSSY on June 19, 2010, 05:34:16 PM

I have a Link Station (with Windows Vista) connected to my internet box and which has worked very well for more than one year.

I have formatted the hard drive of my Linkstation and when I launch the set up of my Linkstation it does not work and I have the message "set up cannot be completed" and my Linkstation is no more recognized (as suggested I have open my Linkstation while pushing on button "function" then push again on button "function" but this does not work).

Thank you for your help.

Please be a bit more specific, which model LS do you exactly have?  Also which format did you choose to format into? A forced update could remedy this, but without details, how far we can help you is limited
