I cannot connect to Linkstation Duo LS-WXL using web browser and the error light indicates the error E23. I can connect the device using telnet to ports 80 and 9050. Even the NasNavigator2 cannot find the device. I tried to reset factory settings but still no connection. Any ideas what is wrong and how to fix it?
An E23 error typically denotes a failed/bad hard disk in the unit. It would be suggested that you try to remove disk 1 and boot it, than 2 if necessary to figure out which disk is bad. When that has been determined the unit should be accessable to configure until a new disk is obtained.
