Title: Maximum drive size -Terastation Pro
Post by: simonpix on May 26, 2010, 11:13:12 PM

Hi,

I am thinking about replacing the 4 x 250 gig drives in my Terastation Pro (v1) to increase the overall storage.

Does anyone know what the maximum size drive it will accept? Is it only 500 gig or can it take 1TB?

Thanks for any help.

Buffalo Technologu does not support upgrading hard drives in a unit, even if out of warranty as seeing there can be unforseen problems within the procedure such as firmware not being able to be replaced on the unit or even the unit may not to properly be able to recognize the full capacity of the drives.
