Hello tech team,

due to some reason my terastation got down. after restart i was unable to login with admin login. i hard reset the storage but still i am unable to access its web management interface by using admin(or any other user except guest) and default password. kindly if any body have an idea then please help us.

If you have tried a factory reset, i would suggest trying a force firmware update detailed here http://forums.buffalotech.com/t5/Storage/FAQ-2-of-4-Force-Firmware-update-procedure-please-read-this/td-p/11011 also please not the general rules, we will need the model number and capacity of the unit as well as the current firmware version to assist you the best
