hello good afternoon.
I have a TeraStation PRO TS-RH2.0TGL/R5 that is presenting the following problems.

1 .- degraded mode operation on I12
2 .- 2 RAID ARRAY ERROR ERROR E13
3 .- HD4 error E 23

AND I CAN´T FIND THE WAY TO ENTER TO THE NAVNAVI AND RESET IT . I HAVE THE FIRMWARE 1.33-1.32

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO??? PLS NEED HELP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Sounds like disk 4 needs to be replaced. You will still get tww errors after you do, but then you just need to restructure the drive back into the array.
