Hi All,
I have a Linkstation Live (LS-CH1.0TL-V2) that is wired to my network via an Airstation wireless router (WZR-HP-G300NH).
My desktop PC (Windows 7) is also wired to the Airstation.
Via the desktop PC everything seems to work ok. NASNavigator2 discovers and reports ok, folders are accessible, and webaccess to configure works great too.
I have 2 Dell notebooks (both Win XP Pro) that connect wirelessly to the Airstation. Connections are fast and solid.
NASNavigator2 on the notebooks discovers the Linkstation, but that's about all. No folder access, no webaccess, not able to map the drive, etc...
If I wire a notebook to an Airstation ethernet port (as per my desktop) everything seems to work ok.
Linkstation firmware is 1.26.
Any help appreciated.
Jeff.
What happens if you try to access via the run line?
-Go to Start-->Run (or hold the Windows Key and press "R" for Vista/7) this should bring up a run line
-type \\ipaddress using the actual ipaddress (usually begins with a 192)
After about 1 minute I get a message box error "Network path not found".
I have a USB stick plugged into the NAS port on the router and that works no problem.
Still not working. Any chance of further asistance?
