Title: LS-250GL w/ Small Business Server 2008
Post by: puremusik on May 05, 2010, 03:53:11 PM

I have a LS-250GL  NAS with a firmware version of 1.15 (appears to be latest on the download page)

I'm having an issue getting the NAS to connect to the SBS2008 AD.  It goes through the process of checking the settings but then says the administrator and password are not correct. I know this to be untrue (as i log on to the server daily w/ the admin login). Is there something about SBS that is different that i am missing when it comes to connecting the NAS?

I do have the NAS on the server as a computer with a pre-2000 machine config (as i read in the forums to do) but still nothing. Always saying the same error. The time zones are the same and the time is sync'd.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Here is the exact error im getting:

Failed to join Active Directory Domain.
Please confirm the Active Directory Domain setting information, Administrator user name and password.

Once again time is correct and user name and password is correct as well
