Hi,

I tried installing my newly bought Linkstation Duo on my computer. Apparently the power LED light will blink for 10 sec and will will switch to the function red light for one sec and reboot itself. I waited a few time and the same process will keep repeat itself. I read the post and do the reset by holding the function button and switch on again. After resetting, the same thing still happen. Please do advise what i should do. Below is the spec and model

Having tried the factory reset, next step would be to try a forced firmware update, http://forums.buffalotech.com/t5/Storage/FAQ-2-of-4-Force-Firmware-update-procedure-please-read-this/td-p/11011 there could be a problem on your firmware and a force update could remedy the problem with the boot cycle
