I recently purchased from Dell a :Buffalo Technology DriveStation TurboUSB HD-CX1.5TU2 Hard Drive with Encryption - 1.5TB - 7200rpm - External. I want to expand my dvr box and was told this would work. It doesn't. It has a usb cable connector and I need a e sata plugin. I know they make internal cable converters, do they make an external cable to convert this to e sata. It has the square usb plug in in hard drive.

There are comverters available online, through various retailers, just go for a google search and see which may meet your exact needs
