Title: Can't Download .....

I am trying to download the latest sofware for the BRHC-6316u2. don't know if it will help or not, but i can;'t find out because it asks me for the serial number. Not sure why, never asked that before on a OEM support driver download page, but I'll play along.

 

I enter the serial number that is on (a white sticker) the back of the unit : 15284580727164 G (with the G, without the G, and other variations). The response is an "Invalid Serial Number" . 

 

Reasons...?

The CD contains licensed software, contact support they can add your serial number to the accepted list.
