Title: LS-WXL/R1 web setting log in error, need help
Post by: bigjo on April 30, 2010, 09:16:21 PM

After update firmware 1.26 for LS-WXL/R1, always got error message " The current session has expired. Please sign in again".

Now I can not log in to web setting. Please help me.

Did the error occur right after you upgraded the firmware?  Have you tried to resetting the unit to factory defaults? Did you try EM mode (holding init button under LCD while turning unit power on)?  If these do not seem to resolve the issue I would recommend trying to force the same firmware back on again http://forums.buffalotech.com/t5/Storage/FAQ-2-of-4-Force-Firmware-update-procedure-please-read-this/td-p/11011 or even go back to the old firmware.

Thanks for your advise.

Now I found that google chrome can't be use anymore and must use IE Ver8 to access web setting.

Just feel bit sad because can't use chrome.

:smileysad:

Anyway thanks, AngelsAbyss

Your post is not up to date, but just make sure you delete the cookies in the browser you prefer. After that you can connect again.

Hope that helps for you (or other people with that problem)

In Chrome go to options then clear browsing data, set it to clear cookies over a suitable period, say a week.
