I got a 04 error message when i booted my terastation up....So I went in and did the firmware update.. but now Im unable to sign in using the dafault password & user name... SO I went back in and added the

lines and did a force install... however it seems the TS is not taking the upgrade....I;ve tried restarting the device and also brought it up to the EM mode and tried it.... but still get an error message when trying to access the device
Any thoughts folks?
Right click on the program bar and choose debug, this will give you a few more options to force the firmware. You may also want to search the forum for TFTP. This software will allow the unit to boot.
