Hi out there,

I've got a LinkStation Duo (LS-WX2.0TL/R1-EU) with Firmware 1.24 and want to upgrade to 1.26.

Anything the LSUpdater says is: "LinkStation that needs updating wasn't found."

Accessing the Linkstation Duo via SMB oder https is fine, and the NASNavigator find it also...

So, is 1.26 no correct version ?  But I find it at the downloads for the LinkStation Duo... ?!?

Anyway, the LinkStation Duo can not be added to our really huge Active Directory (10.000 users) - is there a limit ?

The current limit for active directory with Buffalo units is 1,000 users. You need to dowload the 1.26 firmware from the European site in order for the unit to see each other.

Ah... Thanks for the information.. 1000 is far less than I need :smileywink:

Anyway, there isn't a 1.26 at the european site... :smileysad:

Is there any other NAS supporting such a huge amount of accounts ?

You will have to wait until the European site posts their version of the 1.26 firmware.

Is the second one the european site ? But the Problem remains the same: "Linkstation that needs updating was not found"

I upgrade my linkstation duo from firmware 1.26 download in US site. And I have no problem (I'm an european user).
