Title: LS-CHL Maintenance Question - On/Off TImes
Post by: soxfan1966 on April 20, 2010, 08:31:42 AM

I have a LS-CHL500 running version 1.07   I use the On.Off times settings and for the most part it seems to work.

My current settings are to have in come on at 330pm on Mon, Wed & Thurs and off at 1030pm.  Tues and Fri it comes on at 8am and off at 1030pm.  Sat and Sun it comes on at 10am and off at 1030pm.

The only weird thing seems to be the Sunday night into Monday setting.  It never seems to shut off Sunday night - when I go down to my desk Monday  morning to get my stuff for work (about 8am) it is still on...  The other days on.off seem to work just fine.

Any ideas why this is happening?

GMT-5 (Eastern Time Zone)

That would be okay if DST wasn't in effect but since it is I believe the GMT should be set to GMT -4 although that might not explain everything.  Please give that a try and post back on what you find okay?

I changed the time zone to GMT-4...  Will have to see what happens this Sunday into Monday...

When I went down stairs this morning the Linkstation was still on - so the time zone change did not work...  Ideas?
