Print Page - Invalid Serial

Title: Invalid Serial

I'm trying to download new firmware 3.0 for DriveStation HD-CE1.0TU2 but serial number that I digit is invalid.

I copy serial number from linkstation and I check it more than one time and it's correct.

Can someone help me?

Make sure you are selecting the correct location (this site is for US products only). There is a map in the upper right hand corner, just click on it and select the place of purchase.
