Title: Buffalo HD-PX320U2 Ministation and windows xp

I have a Buffalo HD-PX320U2 Ministation from new my windows xp machine can not access the drive and the CD drive does not appear but works ok on my son's windows xp machine and wife's windows 7 laptop.On reading the forums I found nero8 caused troubles so I removed it but still have the trouble with drive is there other software re that could cause this as I do not want to remove more software than I need to.

These units use a basic Windows driver, we do not make special drivers for them.  Make sure that your usb.stor drivers are installed in Windows.
