Welcome to the forums:

Unfortunately Hyper-V is not supported by our devices but there is the possibility it may work.  With the specs of most of our NAS devices it's shown what OS is compatible and since Hyper-V is a virtualization that is for x64 computers it's possible.  As for hardware "fair-over" could you possibly clarify? Lastly, which products were you thinking of implementing? Thank you for your time.
