Title: USB Compatibility?
Post by: BrianJH on August 06, 2024, 10:20:27 AM
I'm trying to connect a USB drive to my 1166 DHP which I use just for wifi. The internet is handled by a Virgin Hub here in UK. I can attach a 6gb WD USB drive and it shoes up in my network on my Mac Mini Mi running 10.14 but I can't login to it or see it as a usable folder - just says cant connect or disk not available. Anyone know if this is because my drive is not supported? The Buffalo is a decade old so I guess that could be the issue. I cannot find any info on what drives are supported.

6TB HDDs won't work with this router, max 2TB.
