Hello,
   I recently purchased a Buffalo Linkstation 210 a couple weeks ago and its been working fine. However a few days ago I got a Windows Security notification  of Trojan:Script/Phonzy.B!ml and the file in question was in the share file on the Linkstation as share.lnk. I have disconnected the linkstaion and unplugged it if fear of it being hacked. Before the security notification the network activity light on the back of the Linkstation was flashing a lot even though no pc or other device was using it or even on.

Any ideas what this is?

Hi there, my suggestion would be to do a format of the drives in the nas, as long as you don't have critical data on it, which you can not afford to loose. The network led on the back will flash all the time when it is connected to a network, whether in use or not.
But the main issue is the virus/malware that has found it's way onto the drive(s), and the only way to get rid of it is delete everything and reformat the drives (or even a full erase to factory settings).
If you do have critical data or you aren't happy to tackle the job yourself, than take a trip to your local PC guy(s).
