Title: No Security Tab on Folder Properties

I've created a fourth shared folder on my Terastataion TS51210R. For the first three, when I right-click on the folder, I see the Security tab and I can go ahead and set AD permissions. But this new folder, which I have deleted and re-created, simply does not show a Security tab, so I cannot assign permissions.
