Title: NASNavigator2 not displaying disk volume
Post by: bechau on March 30, 2010, 10:24:32 PM

My unit:

1. Link Station Quad with 4 HDD (1TB from factory + three additional 2TB Hitachi HDD), drives are NOT set to RAID.

2. NASNavigator 2.22

3. Window 7 on HP Pavillion

Problem:

NASNavigator is not showing drive volume green bars as it should.  However, when USB drive is connected to LS Quad, the bar for USB volume shows up.

Please advise.

On Buffalo web page, you can find version 2.24 as the latest version. Did you try it?

If 2.24 still has the same issue, Buffalo should take care of it seriously.

Already installed 2.24.  It is still not working.  Please let me know if anyone can resolve this.  Thank you.
