Title: ls-qvl549 drive mapping problem
Post by: gjunk on December 14, 2023, 01:05:38 PM
I have an ls-qvl549.
Nas Nav ver 3.0.4
Firmware 1.75
I have 4 4T drives in Raid 5 at array1.
I have 3 users. admin, giga and guest.
I am logged in as admin.
The power light is blue and steady.
All 4 drive lights are green.
I have no messages.
I have created a share called bnas.
I have created another called share.
I can reach the setup and login at the web screen.
Nas Navigator2 shows LS-qvl549 in the upper window.
It shows LS_QVL/R5 Series in the lower window.
Drive (Raid 5) 0.0GB/11131.5GB (0.0%)
Workgroup is workgroup
When I select Menu Browse shares I get no response.
When I select Menu Map share I get an error message.
When I right click LS-QVL549 and select map share I get the same error message that follows.

Could not map the share. Create a folder named share before mapping the drive.

How do I get it to map a share?
