Title: TS-XEL going into sleep mode
Post by: donabq on June 15, 2023, 11:25:04 AM
I have two TS-XEL/R5 units used to mirror each other.  Today, one of my units has started going what I believe is Sleep Mode.  Approx 5 minutes after powering on, LED display shows "Standby zzz...".  I have checked the GUI and there is no sleep mode set.  Looking at the Sys Log, it logs "errormon[1812]: exit.: sig=15" before going into this mode.

These are fairly old units, but I really don't want to have to replace them.

Set the switch on the back from "Auto" to "Manual"

Thank you very much.  I have absolutely no idea how that got switched on me.  I realize that it's a little switch and easy to flip, but from the system log, it appears that it probably happened around 2pm yesterday, then this morning I saw a replication error on the other unit.  Don't think I was anywhere around the back of the unit then.

Thank you very much for answering that.  I saw threads concerning this switch, but unfortunately I didn't think they were applicable to this model.
