Hello,
I'm having issues with my LS210. I can ping it on my network, but I can't see it in NAS Navigator, I can't get to any shares, and when I go to the device's IP in my browser I get a gray screen that looks like it tried to load but never fully loads. If I try to load the webpage from my cell phone, I get the error message "Get Portal Information - No response from NAS". I've tried to reset the defaults with the function button, but that does not seem to help. Anyone have any other ideas for me to try? I'd rather not lose the data on the drive.

More than likely a faulty / failing HDD. What's the status of the LED on the front?
Top light is white and blinking (although I think that just shows the device has power). Nothing with the bottom light.
If the top (power) LED is flashing and doesn't go solid and a reset with the function button doesn't fix it then it means the HDD is dead.
