Title: Connect SIM to old WHR-HP-G54?

I love my old AirStation WHR-HP-G54, but alas, it has no SIM card slot. Q: Is there a SIM dongle or modem with an Ethernet plug, etc, that will allow my router to connect via an ISP? I've had it with my ADSL provider and their proprietary, blocked-access modem. (I'm doubtful, but thought I'd ask before chucking my treasured old router.)
