Title: Formatting LS-CHL V2
Post by: JayWeb on March 20, 2010, 05:49:18 PM

Hi everyone,

I wonder if anyone can help me. I am formatting my drive.

It was going through the format process and it went right through Fill 0 and Fill 1 then started doing Fill 0 again.

At this point it had taken around 24 hours and I was thinking if I turned it off it might stop. So I turned it off and back on, the orange light is still flashing as it was before, although when I log into the web interface it says "Progress: Progress" and doesnt tell me the remaining time anymore.

Is there anyway to know if it is still working? Is there anyway I can stop the format as I had no idea it would take this amount of time?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Update:

Well I left the drive formatting, then light then turned blue and the web interface said the operation was complete.

Although I could not access the drive through network, so I restarted the drive and now the light has went back to flashing orange and the web interface says it is formatting again.

Does anyone know how I can stop this..?
