Title: Can't get my LS210 NAS to do backups any more
Post by: clutch on November 08, 2022, 01:34:53 PM
Ever since Firmware Version:1.75-0.05 update, I have not been able to get the backup to work anymore.  Tried several B/U drives from portable USB drives to flash drives.  Nothing seems to work.  The schedule hasn't changed.  But if I set it to report errors, i get the 'backup failed' error.  Why?  Drive(s) test good.  Tried reformatting them to FAT32, back to XPS.  Still nothing.  I've made no change in my backup settings (same settings I've been using for years with this and my previous Buffalo NAS).  I can't even get it to do an immediate B/U.  Is it possible the problem is the firmware update?
