Title: Terastation Pro II GMT -4.5
Post by: alafee on March 17, 2010, 09:00:54 AM

I currently have a terastaion pro II on our venezuela offices which the  GMT for that country is -4.5 and is not listed in the GMT options in the 1.33 firmware. When the unit restarts does not join the domain, is thera a workaround for this issue or a beta firmware that has -4.5 GMT. If not what can I do to join it to AD. Thanks

If the device was bought out of region, then there is a good chance that the time zone isn't available on that model for your region.  If you have a local ntp server you can find then try that.

i am using my local network ntp server. ¿Does the GMT zone must be the same as the DC for the terastation to work?

Yes we generally say within five min. of the DC.
