Title: Setup Problems LinkStation Pro Duo

I bought a LinkStation Pro Duo LS-WTGL/R1 yesterday and have had trouble loading the Setup Wizard from the supplied CD.  The wizard said "it does not support this version of Windows" – i.e. I am running Windows 7.

 

I tried going online and downloading the Setup Wizard and NAS Navigator for this product on the Australian site but it does not appear on the list at all.  I tried the US site but when trying to access the appropriate downloads the serial number of my machine is not recognised.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I could access the latest Setup Wizard and NAS Navigator2 software compatible with Windows 7? I tried the 1300 number but could not get through to the tech support, could be a timezone thing.

 

I am new to this forum so i appologise if this topic has gone around before...
