Title: Data restore for the LS C500L?
Post by: CJNrsn on March 09, 2010, 02:24:30 PM

Hi all!

I just went through the steps of the TFPT and Firmware update, and it seems now all my data has gone missing!  Is there any way to get it back?

I did search the forums, but all I found was info on how to use Linux to restore.  Is that the only way?

I have the LS C500L with version 1.07 firmware.

I do have all the information on another hard drive (the one we replaced with the LS); so I could just hook it back up and transfer it all back, but I wanted to see if there was an easier way first.  And I will be losing about a month of data if I do it the other way, also.

Thank you!!

CJ
