Title: permission problems with TS-HTGL/R5
Post by: Blashyrkh on March 07, 2010, 07:17:29 PM

Hello,

iam running a TS-HTGL/R5 with firmware 1.33.

We have a shared folder with support for Windows and Apple checked.
There are quite a few people accessing the station with both windows and apple and we have a user

restrictions set up.

My Problems is that some folders cannot be modified or deleted by anyone because there is a permission error.
I have checked it by using the nfs export and while all files/folders that work correctly are set to 99 both owner and group,

the directories and files that dont work are set to libuuid as owner and users as group.
Is there any way to change the permission or delete the files folders?
Its really annoying that a lot of directories are frozen on the terastation because of that bug.

Any modification of the folders needs to be done through the gui, logged in as admin.

Iam not talking about the shared folders, but about the files and directories that lie inside the shared folder one can specify.
