Title: TS-RH2.0TGL/R5 TeraStation Status Report blank firmware 1.33

I have been receiving TeraStation Status Reports by email for months, all of a sudden they are blank in the email body. Only information in the subject line. I have shutdown and unplugged, nothing helps, all the data is still on the drives. Any suggestions?

reinitilze the device through the web gui under maintence, then setup everything again.
