Title: LinkStation FTP Access - must I have a static IP address?

Must I have a static IP address for FTP access to work on my Linkstation Live Pro?

 

I've tried all sorts and just cannot get this to work.

 

What are the steps to take to get this function to work?  I read somewhere that I need to forward port 21 to my Linkstation and this does not work either.

 

Any help would be much appreciated :-)
