My Drivestation has stopped working. I tried downloading the driver from the support site but it keeps telling me my Serial No. is invalid (i'm typing it in exactly as it is shown on the base of the equipement!)
anyone out there got any idea what i could do next!??

You will need to try it on another PC to see if it does the same thing. If it does then there is internal problems with the unit. All of our USB drives use a basic windows driver and there is non available on our site.
