Title: Terastation TS--XE2.0T/R5 firmware download

I just took delivery of a Terastation TS-XE2.0T/R5 (new) and I'm trying to dowload the latest firmware. There is some model number confusion as the LCD panel

calls the unit a TS-XEL5C2, the packing slip says the model number is TS-XE2.0T/R5. The current firmware is 1.20 and the least (supposedly) is 1.30. The support

web site asks me to enter the serial number for the unit and of course it pukes because there is no exact model number listed for my unit. Does this mean there is

no new firmware or am I totally confused.

The front panel of the device shows you the hostname, not the model number. The hostname defaults to the form TS-XEL + the last three digits of the MAC address. The model number of your product is on the back panel, and should be TS-XE2.0T/R5.
