Title: validate my serial number

I just purchaced a refurb HD-CE1.0TLU2R from e-cost. There was no CD in the packaging. When I try to download from your support site I get an invalid serial number message. 

 

 

What do I need to do to validate my serial number?

Make sure that you are selecting the correct region for your download.  If you went to the N. American site then you won't be able to validate the serial number.
