I bought 500g HD-PXU2. When click NTFSFMT Formatter Buffalo software it give error 'No hard disk is available for formatting'. Where can I download this software?

You can check your regional site to see if they have it. You should be able to format the unit through Windows. Right click on the drive in "my computer" or "computer" and go to format.
