So I've set up DNLA on my LS710D (firmware version 1.16) I got a few days back, and so far it looks fine but for a single issue. I performed one mass upload of files, and all those appear in the DNLA  content management window. Anything I've tried to add since then, including just setting a new folder as public, doesn't show up in the Content Management screen, and by extension doesn't show up when my TV tries to stream anything.

Is this device just monumentally slow at indexing new uploads? I've tried making a new folder from the Content Management screen to see if I could side step the issue by making a folder it would certainly be able to see, but it's been hanging on doing that for at least 45 minutes and the main dashboard isn't showing a whole lot in the way of disk or memory usage

So yes, it turns out the issue is basically that it was very slow. Which just delayed discovery of an actual issue I am unable to resolve, namely that any streaming via DLNA only works for about 40 minutes before the DLNA server suddenly loses track of all of its files, forcing me to restart the DLNA application to watch anything else. Anyone have any ideas?
