Title: Buffalo HD-PXU2 CDFS Removal partition
Post by: gropatapouf on January 24, 2010, 12:30:49 PM

Hello,

Although I find the Buffalo utilities quite interesting on windows, the CDFS triggers a error upon connecting to a Ubuntu 9.10 station, stating it cannot load audio tracks (obviously, there is no audio track on the CDFS partition as it is just done for a read-only purpose, as far as I can guess).

Therefore, once the software are installed on my windows partition, I would definitely like to remove this partition. U3 proposes such a tool for their hardware. Do you provide the same thing?

Or otherwise, do you have any ideas not to load automatically the CDFS partition of the drive on ubuntu (I meant only the CDFS partition)?

Thank you anway, good product.
