Title: Linkstation Live LS-CH500L no booting after firmware update, LED light not flashing at all

Hi, I tried to update my LS-CH500L firmware with the update tool, after the update the NAS is not responding at all. When I plug in the power, only the power light and network light is on, the LED on the front is not showing anything, and I can't hear the HDD running sound, what can I do?? Thanks!!

Are you getting a link light?  Does the unit show up with the NASNAVI (make sure all of your firewalls are disabled)?  If the power light is steady and there are no error lights then it should show up in the NASNAVI.
