Hi all,
No matter what username/password I enter, I get the error message "Either the User Name or Password is incorrect.".
Have have been using the same admin/password combination for some time and have made no other config udpates. The problems started when I noticed the unit suddenly started flashing red and I performed a re-boot.
A function button reset has not worked though strangely, when I corrected the IP address details in the Navigator pop-up, it accepted the default admin password without any problem.
During boot-up, the Status LED does flash red but the fashes are too fast to count. I'm already running firmware v1.07 so I can't use the update tool to re-flash. All my shares still work ok. Running v1 hardware.
Any ideas?
I called the UK support team who basically told me to ignore the advice/information on these forums as it was for US customers (!) and sent me instructions on how to force a firmware update etc. (which I found out about on here). Anyway, I followed the instructions and problem solved.
All of our products are based off of region. This forum is generally for US, Canada, Australia and only they can get the downloads from this regional site. There is alot of good information on this site and we encourage all regions to post on here.
