Title: TS-1.0TGL/R5 problems after power cut
Post by: Lazy Badger on March 04, 2022, 04:55:14 AM
Hi

We have a very old TS-1.0TGL/R5 it's been a great workhorse and has been running 24/7 for about 15 years.

We recently had a power cut and now I cant access the share file or see the TS from my PC through the browser.

I downloaded NasNavigator2 which shows the TS but it says it's in Emergency Mode, done some looking around and it seems that I have to update the firmware and all will be fine, however i cant find a firmware version that is for this very old machine. I have tried TSX 1.76 which I got from the Buffalo website but that cant find the TS.

The screen on the TS looks like it's working fine and not showing any errors, it boots and shows all drives and says it's on the network.

If anyone has and Ideas please let me know

thanks
