Hi,
I have a TS3410D and want to replace my current external HD USB Backup with the SSD-PUT.
The TS3410D does not recognize the SSD-PUT when it is plugged in to the USB Port.
The SSD-PUT is indicating that power is applied (indicator LED is on)
any suggestions?
