Title: Bufallo Terastation II Maximum Drive Capacity
Post by: TheBaron on February 12, 2022, 11:29:47 AM
Has anyone upgraded the Bufallo Terastation II?

I've done a few hours of research and found that the best chance is to upgrade to 4x 3TB Western Digital Red drives, giving a max 12TB raw capacity for you then to configure into a RAID 5 volume. Has anybody conclusively and successfully done this?

Some people seem to suggest you can go above 3TB per drive, with more recent drives, but i've not really found anyone I have confidence in yet!
