Title: Not sure how to troubleshoot this?
Post by: esheldon76 on January 11, 2010, 10:14:53 AM

We have two TS-2.0TGL/R5's that we mirror.  One had an issue several months back that I had to call Buffalo tech support, and the only fix was a manual rebuild of the drive to factory specs.  Now the drive seems to be having issues again (all files disappeared), but I don't see anything in the logs to point me to a specific drive/part that could be malfunctioning?  Since we have a backup, it's not an immediate need, but I need to get this figured out sooner than later.  Is there anything I can look at, like some settings/flags I could turn on somewhere to further troubleshoot what's going on with this unit?

The best way to trouble shoot this issue is Via our Phone Support.  This is very odd and we will need to trouble shoot it further.
