Title: Serial Number Not Accepted

I have a Buffalo Model HD-CE1.0 TLU2-US external HD that I reformated to NTFS. I can not download software from Buffalo website because it will not accept my serial number. Can someone give me an idea on why this is happening. Their customer support is NON-EXISTANT. With this kind of support I dont see them being here long.

I had a similar problem when I was trying to download the latest firmware updates.

You might need to go to the main Buffalo Tech website then select your region before trying to download anything.

I'm in the UK and was using the US site.

Haf you can't use that kind of language on a support forum.
